In a monumental step taken by Uganda wild life Authority UWA today Monday 5th January 2026 which has seen the historic return of white Rhinos back to their home in Ajai game reserve in Madi okollo District is evident enough to say Westnile is close to archive a milestone in the Tourism industry.
It's now near to 50 years since the beautiful species of white Rhinos disappeared distinctively from Ajai game reserve deu to extensive poaching and conflicts.
They disappeared in 1982 and Uganda wild life Authority UWA has now brought life in the burning hopes of Westnilers by reintroducing back the white Rhino species back to where they belong..
