Report Presented at Lil Boom's Burial dissatisfies Mourners.
Condolence Contributions for Lil Boom's Burial made without a publicly presented Budget sheet.
Evaluation Meeting for Burial of Late Lil Boom restricted from public video recordings and media house live stream.
Details of Evaluation meeting and contributions accountability hidden from mourners who contributed from far beyond Adjumani District.
Lil Boom was a very vibrant, freestyler and deeply lyrical Ma'di artist also known as Anyanzo Stephen, from Logoba Pameri, Moyo District.
His music directly impacts on different social life of the community.
He also did several love songs like 'Arapapa'.
The young man born from 97 did a lot of nice music with several Madi famous artists like 2GB, Sesko, Burden Blood, Kaptain Kabz and more.
He was previously in Big Dream entertainment management with Sunni Saggo, SiliBoii and Dj Arty Laizor before the management shut down unexpectedly since then he was struggling individually with help from some few music lovers like MC Ogasto, Tyga Management and more until he met a current new manager known as Dj Mbayo a Ma'di basing in Juba, South Sudan.
Late met his fate while he was in Pakele, Adjumani District living at a best friend Known as Kin Pin's home.
According to the report Presented by Muzee Wakiraka the leader for Ma'di Music entertainment industry on Tuesday 5th Dec, 2023 at the burial, Late succumbed to head injury at Adjumani hospital on 2nd Dec,2023 Saturday evening that he acquired during a fight in Pakele on 30th Nov,2023 Thursday night, where he was pushed and fell knocking his occipital on the pavements. Unfortunately the details of his report was received with a lot of contradictions to what mourners expected. Especially when he ended by saying "Kin Pin, late's best friend who could help with narrating what exactly happened after late got injury upto the time he passed on, ran away into hiding." This aroused a lot of questions amongst Mourners especially why his best friend who could have helped him ran away? And even never attended his burial.

The answers to all questions remains a mystery not until the evaluation meeting in Adjumani surfaced.
This evaluation was called for by some members who helped in making arrangements to ensure late's body was decently buried. One of this tireless member who sacrificed their time to serve was Commander 14 a very well known artist in Ma'di subregion who also managed to feature WestNile's most trending duo Jobian Tick and Black Lion of Arua musically.
Commander 14 successfully achieved bringing together the support of individual Mourners within and beyond Ma'di subregion by opening a WhatsApp group that was themed as 'CONDOLENCE SUPPORT FOR LIL BOOM'S BURIAL' which was rapidly joined and filled to the maximum group membership limit of 1024 members and still many were left out trying to find room to join as such some of the group members suggested removal of in active members meanwhile others said a separate group should be used to continue serving the same purpose. And so A financial support WhatsApp group for Wise DG agameli previously formed was used alternatively to help other members extend their CONDOLENCES SUPPORT TO LIL BOOM from.
What still remains a mystery is the love members showed for late Lil Boom in support for his burial, although there was no public budget Presented in the group to help enlight members to know where their contributions was going to be directed, they still sent in support vigorously both from the public community on the ground and on media via the WhatsApp groups. In one of the mother WhatsApp group majorly created to serve it's purpose a sum of around more than 3million almost 4million was raised through mobile money transactions only direct into Commander 14s account. Unfortunately the contributions from the other support group's list was not joint together with the one for the mother group and reasons why still remains untold to date even after some members trying it so hard to plead that it should be compiled together to help update members of how much is being collected from both groups jointly.
While on the ground the Madi artists and other entertaining team formed into different physical groups, went into the public collecting financial support from individual communities in Adjumani town, Pakelle, Palorinya and Moyo Town. But how much grand total was collected remains unknown upto date.
But in a one on one interaction with commander 14 and Tone Touch news media before the evaluation meeting scheduled for Friday 8th Dec,2023 at Street lights Record studio in Adjumani took place he opened up about his responsibility involvements in the running of late's burial.
"He said he only volunteered to do what he thought should have been done but after seeing no body taking responsibility from the leadership body of Ma'di Music industry. Him with few other artists present by then came up with crucial things to be done first and fast like getting a coffin casket for burying late and how the body will reach his birth home of Logoba in Moyo. That's how the few members decided what resulted into opening of the group and the on ground artist's community mobilization fund supports.
When asked on how and who was controlling cash flow he said he was assisted by Boblee another young promising artist and CEO of Zenith Entertainment. Both worked together hand in hand with other artists to ensure late's body reached well in Moyo.
Unfortunately he said he didn't see a real committee formed by the artist leaders to take responsibilities here and there to make arrangements for burial smoothly and that's the only challenge he witnessed. So everything he and other artists did was a sacrifice for the pain of the industry's late brother Lil Boom. I can not answer some of the questions members in group ask me because they were too sensitive and of which I don't have the accurate details. Because most of the details and upcoming informations pass through Muzee Wakiraka. So unless he tells us we remain green of most of the informations, he said. Ideally members have been asking alot of questions to Commander 14 just because he was the one who opened the group and as being admin everyone was looking upto him for answers but that's the weight of sacrifice he was carrying. As there was no concrete coordination from the leader and him this was openly reflected by the evaluation meeting saga where by Commander 14 informed members that evaluation meeting shall be conducted on Friday at exactly 2pm east African time so members should gather to get answers to their questions and which was all received positively.
But reaching on the day of the meeting like an hour to kick off time, in a photo sent into the Condolences group by Uncle Pato an elderly artist a member of the prominent Madi Pawa Starz, Muzee Wakiraka and some few members of his choice were seen together with the suspect Kin Pin who he said ran away during report at burial and his mom at late's home, in Logoba Moyo.
But Commander 14 said he never knew about the abrupt journey of Muzee Wakiraka to late's home. He was also completely green about the agenda for the evaluation as such he couldn't update the members of what to expect during the evaluation.
The absence of Muzee Wakiraka and prime suspect Kin Pin accumulated alot more questions and also affected the scheduled time for the evaluation meeting as such time was readjusted until they returned from Moyo to Adjumani.
And soon as they reached at Street light Record, by around 6pm in the evening of Friday the meeting commenced but completely locking out the members who were eagerly waiting to follow from Online medias. The meeting was totally restricted to the ears of only those who personally attended. Video, audio recordings and livestream of the meeting was completely prohibited. This aroused another stirred up reactions of the online members faraway from Adjumani. But when commander 14 was asked why that was so he had no idea and only assured to update the members of the discussions once the meeting is done. And that was the last time commanda 14 communicated to members online. So online members patiently waited for the meeting to end but later when information reached that the meeting was done, members tried inquiring for updates from the secretary at the meeting but nobody spoke a word, members waited whole night of Friday but nothing came out from anyone who attended the meeting.
Not until late on Saturday evening, tone touch news media interviewed an individual who personally attended the meeting but preferred to remain unmentioned here, He said alot was discussed in the evaluation meeting. But the meeting remained restricted for online contents because the case for death of late Lil Boom was still under raw investigations, so the police requested for privacy of the details from Kin Pin's report to enable them do a successful investigations even though the key culprit was arrested and in police custody, there's still alot of work to be done by police.
Meanwhile Tone Touch News media is still finding more informations about details of other things discussed in the evaluation meeting including financial reports and way forward of helping late's widow and the orphan.
By the time of his untimely death late Lil Boom left a project in studio featuring Producer Captain Kabz of Vozo Records and Chief Burden Blood of Moon Entertainment as of now the song has been released and it's available in all platforms including here on tone touch. The track is known as "Ruu Sii."
