The one 𝐊𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐚 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐞𝐧 who was accused, arrested and detained at kira police station for beating up 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐲 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐞 with her friends over a man appeared in court today in the afternoon of Tuesday 17th of January 2023 at kira grade one magistrate.
The kira grade one magistrate chief justice 𝐍𝐲𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐢 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 charged and remanded 𝐊𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐚 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐞𝐧 to luzira prisons until 31/ of January 2023 for aggravated torture.
𝐊𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐚 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐞𝐧 will reappear on court again on 31 of January for further mentioning and hearing on the already filled Case.
Earlier today before the court hearing 𝐊𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐚 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐞𝐧 pleaded to 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐲 𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐞 for forgiveness, claiming that she had helped 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐲 𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐞 in very many things she should forgive her .
