An Isuzu bus with registration number 𝐔𝐁𝐁 584𝐊 belonging to 𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐛𝐮𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 crashed into a ditch after knocking an elephant at 𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤 in Nwoya district, One person died on spot and several other passengers score injuries.
The 𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 bus which was headed from Kampala to Yumbe district ramped into herds of elephant few kilometers away from karuma bridge before crashing into a ditch by the roadside.
The deceased person identified as 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐬 𝐓𝐨𝐤𝐮𝐫𝐮, 25, is a resident of Yumbe, meanwhile 12 others sustained injuries and were rushed to the nearby Health facilities.
