West Nile’s Female Music Rapper, Anika Grace a.k.a G.A Swagger has voiced her concern over OPM’s Covid-19 relief fund distribution, saying the money is little that can not support families for many days in lockdown. Office of the Prime Minister recently announced that all registered vulnerable people will receive 100,000/= for foods during the 42 days of lockdown. G.A Swagger is one of the few artists who have benefited from this money but expresses disappointment that it is little and many vulnerable people will miss it. “Besides, sincerely how can you budget for us (artists) 100,000/= after 2 years” she wonders while speaking to the press in Arua City. Instead, G.A advises the government to use such funds to improve the health sector which helps citizens to receive good services other than distributing such relief money that Is likely to cause problems in societies. “If the government has such money, let health sector be improved and stock medicine…”
