Blackspower football club appoints Edison Shaban [X-level] as their New chief Executive Officer

The Newly promoted Uganda premier league football club From second Division FUFA Big league Blackspower has today 24th of June confirmed the appointment of Edison Shaban as their New Chief executive officer.
