West Nile fine female vocalist Lincy also known as Black Mama recently left her fans and the entire music fraternity in a total shock as she suddenly deserted her then manager Fidel Apass alias Black Spider.
The reasons for her sudden departure were not known,with fans speculating it to be some sort of “sumbie” saga,well known to be associated with female artists and their male managers. Various claims to her cause kept circulating and everybody was left in total confusion.
However,the Diva who is currently signed under Buffalo Camp Management used the privilege of appearing on TV to clear the air when she was hosted by Ben Kay on the Celebrity Gossip show which runs on Afotech Television. According to Lincy,she was feeling caged in prison under Black Spider. Fidel controlled everything in her musical life and offered her no chance to do what she desired to do on her own,something she definitely did not get along with. This prompted her to suddenly cut musical ties with Fidel and join Buffalo Camp in search of her freedom.
Despite crossing over to Buffalo Camp.Lincy admits that her and the former Boss Fidel are still musically close and she seeks alot of advice from him regarding the music industry.
The beautiful black Mama has done a number of projects under Buffalo Camp including her trending song “Set me free"where she features Virus Onestone.
