The date for the appointment of Madi (Paramount Chief) Madi Lopirigo & his cabinent members was shifted from 16th.August to 23rd.August.2024 in Moyo District.
This changes were brought up today during their meeting held in Adjumani District Hall. According to the reports, it has been a 14-year struggle of sourcing for Mad'i Lopirigo.
The approved chifedoms in Mad'i sub-region were (21) twenty one in number.
a) Adjumani = 12
b) Moyo = 7
C) Obongi = 2 chifedoms submitted (pending verification and approval)
