As the saying goes, "Even the best dancer has to leave the stage" and so has Ayiko Nelson Carter aka God's-son Nelly Jr a young practicing former Journalist of Radio Pacis.
The famous "in da mood" show host bids farewell to the diocesan media house after six years of active service having joined the station through a Candidate Mentorship program in 2016.
Nelly Jr's exit from the media house has left Fans and netizens cursing the management of the station for failing to retain some of its best presenters citing interventions.
In a post received via the official God's-son Nelly Jr Facebook handle, he extend intended sincere gratitude to the fans,His mentor Nyax and the almighty God for everything.
“Thanks to my mentor Unkle Nyax for the love and guidance. Hopefully, we shall always work together as we have always looked at ourselves outside former station”
The self renamed Yekonia eheh joins a group of fans' favourite Radio journalists to have parted ways with POCFA within the last 2 years under unclear circumstances, among which includes Unkle Nyax, Henry Lematia, Harry, Hafiz Bakhit and others some of who have joined other media houses.
However, no proper information has been acquired about his next move after parting ways with the Peace of Christ for all much as rumours reveal that he is venturing into business. All the best Nelly Jr!
